I'm Abbi, a London based Yoga Alliance certified teacher with a passion for movement and wellness.

I started my career as a fitness instructor and personal trainer in 2009, then after discovering and falling in love with yoga, went on to complete my 200hr Teacher Training through Aligned Yoga.
